Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Reputation Frog. By creating an account or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.

Business service
Reputation Frog provides tools and services for business reputation workflows, including review requests, response drafting, monitoring, reporting support, and related account features. You must be authorized to act for the business connected to your account.
Your account
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding login credentials, and activity performed through your account. Notify us through the contact page if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.
Acceptable use
You may not use Reputation Frog to send unlawful or deceptive communications, manipulate reviews, impersonate another person, submit information you do not have permission to use, interfere with the service, or violate a review platform's policies. Review invitations should request honest feedback and must not promise compensation for a particular rating.
Customer and sensitive information
You are responsible for deciding what information is appropriate to submit. Do not place protected health information, payment-card data, passwords, or unnecessary confidential information in review requests, public responses, AI prompts, or removal-case notes.
Third-party platforms
Google, Facebook, Reddit, Stripe, and other third-party services control their own platforms and decisions. Reputation Frog cannot guarantee publication, ranking changes, review removal, account access, or any particular business result.
AI-generated material
AI-assisted drafts and analyses may contain errors and require human review. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing, sending, or relying on it.
Trials, subscriptions, and purchases
Pricing, billing intervals, trial terms, and included features are shown before purchase. Additional details about cancellation and refund requests are provided in the Billing & Refund Policy.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may take reasonable action to protect the service from abuse or security threats. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Reputation Frog is not responsible for decisions made by third-party platforms or for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
