Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information Reputation Frog receives and how it is used to provide the website, dashboard, and reputation-management services.

Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you create an account, contact us, complete onboarding, submit a form, or use the service. This can include your name, business email, phone number, business details, service information, customer feedback, review content, and instructions you add to your account.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Reputation Frog does not store complete payment-card numbers. Stripe may collect payment, billing, device, and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy terms.
How information is used
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide requested features, personalize business workflows, process billing, respond to support and sales requests, monitor service reliability, prevent abuse, and improve Reputation Frog.
Service providers
We use providers that support hosting, authentication, database storage, payments, forms, communications, and AI-assisted features. These currently include Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, Formspree, Twilio, and OpenAI where the corresponding feature is used. Information is shared only as needed to deliver those services.
AI-assisted features
Content submitted to AI-assisted tools may be sent to an AI service provider to generate the requested draft or analysis. Do not submit protected health information, payment-card data, passwords, or other sensitive information that is not necessary for the feature.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of account information through the contact page. Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, billing, or legal obligations.
Children
Reputation Frog is a business service and is not intended for children under 13.
Changes and questions
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Privacy questions and requests can be submitted through the Reputation Frog contact page.
