Billing & Refund Policy

This policy explains recurring subscription billing, cancellation, and how to request help with a charge.

Effective June 13, 2026

Subscription billing

Monthly plans renew automatically at the price and interval shown during checkout unless canceled. Any free-trial terms are displayed before checkout. Applicable taxes may be added by the payment processor.

Cancellation

Contact Reputation Frog to cancel an active subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Refund requests

Refund requests are reviewed case by case based on the purchase, service status, and applicable law. Subscription charges already covering an elapsed billing period are not automatically prorated. Submit a request promptly through the contact page and include the account email and charge date.

One-time services

One-time service fees cover the analysis, preparation, documentation, and case work described at purchase. Reputation Frog does not guarantee that Google or another platform will remove content. If you purchased a one-time service by mistake, contact us as soon as possible so we can review whether work has begun.

Failed payments and access

We may retry failed payments through Stripe. Contact us if you need help updating payment information.
