Before you choose

Is $499 a monthly payment?

No. It is a one-time payment for one Google review case. It does not enroll you in a subscription.

Does payment guarantee the review will be removed?

No. You pay for assessment, documentation, report preparation and case support. Google decides whether a review violates its policies and whether to remove it. A negative opinion alone is not grounds for removal.

Do I need an account before paying?

No. You can start the one-time checkout without completing business onboarding. After a verified payment, you return to your private case page to provide the business and review details.

Who submits the report to Google?

An authorized business user may need to complete reporting steps on Google. We provide preparation and guidance. We do not have special access to Google's decisions.

What about several reviews or monthly management?

Contact us first to discuss the scope and availability. The $499 package covers one review; extra cases and ongoing management are separate.

What happens if Google leaves the review up?

We record the decision and explain the appropriate next step. A refusal does not trigger an automatic refund. Refund requests are reviewed under our billing and refund policy.
